Once payment is received, your Chhitra will be put into production, and we will notify you of the expected delivery date. As all orders are custom-made, it takes an average of 7 working days to deliver your order. On the agreed delivery date, we will inform you in the morning about the expected delivery time. Your order will typically consist of two packages: one for the canvas and one for the frame. Please note that these packages may not always be delivered at the same time. While it is not possible to cancel or return the order once it has been placed, exceptions are made if the product is delivered damaged or faulty. In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours from the delivery date, and the product must be returned within 14 days.
